Shipping policy

We know that once you purchase from Swordplay® you cannot wait to receive your order. We also know that you may want full discretion with your order, so we take a number of steps to protect your privacy.

On your banking statement, your Swordplay purchase transaction will appear as SB CB Products. Once your order has been placed, we commit to fulfilling it within 1 business day. Please bear in mind we will do our best to pick and ship your order as quickly as possible, though holidays and peak selling times can make this process a little longer. Postage times for US and Canada typically take from 4 to 8 business days, depending on delivery location. If you have any questions about your order, you can contact us at help@swordplay.com. Please include your order reference number, as well as your full name and delivery address.

Your order will be shipped in a plain box with the return address listed as CB Products. There is no mention of the Swordplay brand or product names on the box. Orders shipped to United States and Canada will be fulfilled from within the United States and Canada respectively.

For international orders, some countries may charge tariffs, which may subject your order to additional customs fees and duties. We cannot forecast what exact fees will be assessed on your order, and so we do not include such costs as a part of the total transaction amount. It is your responsibility (the consumer) to pay any fees required by your country for importation of your order.
