They’re finally here! 🎉 One of the most requested additions from the CockBlock® community: more ways to personalize the experience.
CockBlock® was originally designed around shared sensation and direct connection, with the focus on closeness, contact, and responsiveness between partners. That’s why the original sleeve features a more subtle interior texture designed to keep the experience smooth and balanced.
But many of you asked for more variety. Some wanted additional textures to explore different levels of intensity, while others were looking for a more dynamic feel and responsiveness.
We listened - and these new sleeve textures are designed to expand the CockBlock® experience in entirely new ways. Even better, each texture is available in both Regular and Tighter grip options, creating four new combinations to discover.

Regular or Tighter?
Choose Your Grip
Not sure which grip to choose? While each sleeve texture stays the same, every design is available in both Regular and Tighter grip options, offering subtle differences in responsiveness and hold so you can personalize your CockBlock® experience even further.
To help guide the decision, we surveyed customers about their preferences. We expected to find patterns based on size or anatomy — but surprisingly, there wasn’t a clear correlation. In the end, it came down to personal feel and comfort.
Some people prefer the slightly more flexible feel of Regular, while others enjoy the firmer, more secure feel of Tighter. Even a subtle difference created strong preferences during testing.
If you’re unsure where to start, we usually recommend Regular. If you prefer a firmer hold and more responsiveness, Tighter may be the better fit for you.
SLEEVE DEVELOPMENT
Curious how we developed the new CockBlock® sleeves? Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the process:
- We began by collaborating with factory engineers to explore a range of new interior textures. After reviewing multiple concepts, we narrowed the designs down to two distinct directions we internally referred to as “bumps” and “ridges.”'
- Next, we created sample molds and produced prototype sleeves for each texture in both Regular and Tighter grip options.
- We then invited members of the C-Block™ community to participate in product testing, selecting testers with a wide range of preferences and experiences.
- After extensive hands-on testing and feedback, we refined the final designs based on comfort, responsiveness, and overall experience. Thankfully, the response was overwhelmingly positive.
- Once the testing phase was complete, we finalized the production molds, placed our first manufacturing order, and prepared for launch.
