Hand-Led comes with the CockBlock™ Orbiter Sleeve, featuring a more textured interior for enhanced sensation. As part of the CockBlock™ modular system, sleeves are interchangeable, allowing you to explore different textures and levels of intensity.

Others want something lighter and easier to hold, with more control over movement and responsiveness.
That’s why we designed two distinct shells.
CockBlock® Original is built for body-led use. Its heavier, block-shaped form provides added stability, helping partners stay aligned while allowing for mostly hands-free movement.
CockBlock® Hand-Led is lighter, rounder, and easier to hold, allowing you to guide the movement and customize the experience together.
Both combine immersive sensation and contact through the same dual-entry system. The difference is how you move.

WHAT OUR TESTERS SAID
HAND-LED VERSION DEVELOPMENT
Curious how we made sure you’d love CockBlock™ Hand-Led? Here’s how it went:
- We teamed up with engineers to strip the casing down as much as possible, then kept iterating until it felt just right.
- Next, we created a 3D-printed sample mold and produced ten prototypes.
- Then we called in our volunteer testers, ten couples… or twenty testers!
- They put in the hard work and sent back their results. The feedback was exactly what we hoped for: some preferred the new version, some stuck with the original, and plenty wanted both depending on the moment.
- With that insight, we finalized the production mold, placed our first manufacturing order, and got ready to launch.
